WHAT MAKES GOOD DOG DAYCARE DIFFERENT?

  • Good Dog has Alabama’s largest turfed daycare yard with plenty of room to run out the zoomies!
  • We Limit the number of daycare dogs for safety reasons and so we can provide proper feedback to pet parents
  • We post pictures & videos of daycare at [gooddog_Birmingham Instagram link] so you can watch your dog playing from work or home!

Daycare Requirements

  1. Must bring an electronic or physical copy of current Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations
  2. Dog must be spayed/neutered if older than 8 months
  3. Dog must be older than 4 months

How to Sign up?

Sign up for an account; ensure you select “Good Dog Birmingham” as your Home Location & “altered” means spayed/neutered.

WHAT WILL MY DOG DO ALL DAY?

Play, rest, and play!

Your dog’s safety is our #1 priority. We conduct a compatibility test on every dog’s first day, in which our trained staff evaluates their play style and comfort level with other dogs of similar size/temperament in a controlled, mini-play area. Once your dog is comfortable, a fun day of enrichment begins!

Behavioral feedback with pet parents is a vital aspect of daycare at Good Dog. As such, we provide Daycare Report Cards on your first visit and closely monitor behavior each day.

  • Monday – Friday: 7am-5:30pm

Daycare Pricing

  • Single Day: $29
  • Member 10 day pack: $25 per day or $250 total
  • Non-member 10 day pack:  $27 per day or $270 total
  • Member 20 day pack: $23 per day or $460 total
  • Non-member 20 day pack: $25 per day or $500 total
  • Packages never expire!

Pickup Policy

  • Because we use the facility for a dog park and bar in the evenings, customers must pick up by 530pm or we apply a late fee

Meet The Manager

Dillon Carmichael is a Birmingham native, who graduated from the University of Alabama, and has always loved animals. Dillon worked in Environmental Sciences after college before switching to his passion of caring for animals. Dillon helped manage The Pawms Pet Resort – Vestavia Hills location before becoming the manager at Good Dog.

Dillon loves watching puppies grow up under his team’s care, believes sharing behavioral feedback with pet parents is a vital aspect of daycare, and loves working at Good Dog’s massive turfed daycare facility.
